近年，全国的に水稲の高温登熟障害が顕著である．対策の一つに掛け流し灌漑などの水管理の工夫が挙げられるが，そのためには十分な量の低水温の灌漑用水の確保が条件となる．特に，用排兼用水路では水田からの排水が水路水温を上昇させる可能性がある．本研究では用排兼用水路を利用している手取川七ヶ用水地区を対象とし，水路の水量・水温シミュレーションモデルを作成し，今後の用水計画に有用な情報を抽出することを目指す．
