平均化時間を用いた森林の洪水緩和機能の評価

著者らは，森林の洪水緩和機能評価の指標として平均化時間理論を提案し，その導入を試みた．平均化時間と流域内平均降雨強度の関係には角屋・福島式にみられる相関がみられ，その降雨−流出応答関係を十分に示すことがわかった．また，流出係数が平均値で0.17であり，花崗岩地質である本流域の特徴を示す結果となった．
